Vegeta from finish to start,no doubt about that.

However,if I were to pick a Super exclusive character,I would choose Goku Black.I just love him,both manga and anime.

DBZ: Vegeta - seriously, who had more character development than him? He went from enemy, to ant-hero to hero, briefly back to enemy again and then sacrificed himself for the perceived greater good. He was even able to swallow his immense pride at times and concede that Goku was stronger than him.
DBS: I want to say Vegeta again. But I can't - he's been written too inconsistently. I'm going to have to go with Future Trunks here - I enjoyed how he was written, and it was clear that he wasn't fighting for the joy of it - he was fighting to protect everyone. As a side note, I enjoyed his relationship with (future) Mai too.

Overall I've always felt my top 5 from the franchise are Goku, Tenshinhan, Yamcha, Vegeta and Piccolo, but I've got a lot of time from Gohan from the time Elder Kai unlocked his full potential to the end of Z. Tien's "hardly recognise you Gohan. You've changed - inside and out. Good for you!" quote is one of my favourites.

From DBS: Kefla / Caulifla / Kale

Reason: Both characters are inspired by Broly, and are female characters. Caulifla is a genius who can learn fast and grow while fighting, and her personality is amazing, also i love her design. Kale is a shy saiyan, and appears to have an infinite source of ki. Kefla unites the best of the two and has cool attacks.

From DBZ: Vegeta / Goku / Trunks for obvious reasons.
