So is SSB Vegeta actually weaker than SSB Goku? He was doing worse than SSB Goku at the beginning of the episode, and then he only landed some hits on Jiren because apparently he momentarily got close to unlocking UI.

I usally don't read much anymore into endings, I just enjoy for the artistic coolness. U6 makes sense that if you are limited on time with ends it seems in these days you show them cause they are the most popular behind U7 and U11. The montage in the end of all the universes was nice but over crowed, would have been better to show each universe by itself, but again we are in times when endings have become faster sadly in anime.

New ending proves we're back to the Goku and Vegeta show. I don't mind as long as other characters get things to do.

The new ending is terrible. Bad song, boring visuals... The beginning with the blue flame is cool, but this might be the first one I really dislike a lot.

It's fairly common when they mistake Super Saiyan 2 with Super Saiyan, but the reverse is quite unusual.

That ending shot where Vegeta is standing next to Goku looks an awful lot like Vegeta has UI combined with SSB. His normal SSB does not usually look like that. Not to mention he looks different in the preview as well.
