FighterZ will be at EVO 2018 on Sunday! Expected but nevertheless good to have it confirmed.

I'm really curious about the numbers it will pull.

Am I the only one who thinks the sparking blast lasts an absurdly long amount of time when someone is down to their last character? It’s the only mechanic of the game I absolutely hate, it’s almost like the game is penalizing you for winning when your opponent comes storming back every time because EVERYTHING is buffed.

It's simple to work around, their health doesn't recover when they're getting hit so just get them in a combo and finish it with a level 3 for the kill.

The Enemy Warrior Arc is so much better then the Super Warrior Arc.

So I've made a few observations to this game, some titles actually reference insert songs and iconic Dragon Ball themes. I've so far unlocked the titles Shura Iro no Senshi and Ore Wa Tokoton Tomaranai. Also realized each colour number corresponds to a colour regardless of character.
1-Default
2-Alt, usually a reference to an alternative costume from the manga or anime.
3-Red
4-Blue
5-Green
6-Yellow
7-Purple
8-Pink
9-Orange
10-Brown
11-White
12-Black

The Chiatzu`s sacrifice Super can never go lower than a minimum set damage scale and can be used to cancel other Supers.

Working on it.
Just need to customize the shadow colors on the Ginyus and Nappa (and maybe #21, because her colors are Boo's, she can have manga colors too haha) and I'll probably release it without the UV changes on Gohan and Trunks because there is no fix yet for the outline and lighting issues when reimporting models.

We break down sales figures each respective week with news posts on the website-proper. There are always sourced/cited posts referring to prior games on similar hardware, as well as on the portable front.

FighterZ launched on the Friday (Feb. 1) of its reporting week (Monday, January 9 to Sunday, February 4), selling 68,731 copies on the PlayStation 4.

Xenoverse 2 launched on the Wednesday (Nov. 2) of its reporting week (Monday, October 31 to Sunday, November 6), selling 66,035 copies on the PlayStation 4.

With two fewer days on sale in the same span of a reporting period, FighterZ sold nearly 2,700 more copies.

There's a lot more to unpack and chew on in there, particularly around the expanding install base of consoles, the fact that consoles in Japan are generally selling at a slower pace than they are internationally (and the Switch is disrupting that now, too), any balance of fatigue/excitement there may have been for a second Xenoverse game versus FighterZ being a new entry point, etc.

As always, I warn people against looking at and relying on raw numbers without looking at the surrounding context.

They shipped out that many copies. Meaning sent them out to distributors (stores.) Just because theres 1000 copies at the store, doesnt mean they're all bought.
