Wouldn't have been after; I think it was either before or during.
The point of Dragon Ball is to enjoy it. Never lose sight of that.

So I read first 3 volumes , I’m amazed , I really like both art and writing, Toyble really gain his currently status.
I notice many many things that not only resemble dragon ball super ideas that happened after this DBAF , the gag about the great Saiyaman 3 ( Goten ) and his position in the rank 100 of the heroes list is ..... exactly like one punch man ... another online manga created 3 years later than DBAF...
Seriously I like it a lot , thanks again for the link
It was as if a whole lot of people ...were screaming in pain....

Cheers. And yeah, it's a good read. :)
I really hope Toyotaro/Toyble gets to do some cool Dragon Ball stuff during the hiatus, because he really has a talent for doing this stuff.

Hopefully after the ending of Dragon Ball Super manga, there could be some chance he will reprise this doujinshi.

Eh.
As much as I like his work on AF, I'd prefer him to either do a Battle Of Gods/Resurrection F manga, or for him to continue Victory Mission, or do some new official Dragon Ball thing. He's really great, so I'd like to see him really get to do some major official DB stuff. :)

That’s right , if toyble goes back to work on dbaf, that means Shueisha fired him I guess ... so I’d rather him to continue with new db official stuff , even better keep on going this super after top tournament somehow, so Toei will have material base in the future and we manga fans won’t have any break to enjoy Toyotarō,s manga .
New ideas ahead of anime or video games will be awesome.
I still need to peek in heroes victory mission

Indeed!

And yeah, give Victory Mission a look. No official translation yet, unfortunately. And, even worse, the only unofficial translations end at chapter 15, so over half of the story is still unavailable in English. :(
Still, what's available is definitely worth reading.

(Ps: someone here have this edition? I have curiosity into know what's the content presented inside this volume :D )

That cover for volume 5 is poorly done. Who printed it should have at least figure out completing the colouring for Paikuhan...

It's hard to believe that this manga was made 16-17 years ago. It was cool to see a fan manga with an art style similar to Toriyama's. Looking back on this fan manga, it's still pretty bad. The art itself hasn't aged the best with some of it looking amateur at times, and many scenes are traced. Toyotaro has come a long way since 2006.

Ok, and this is your review about art, your personal opinion. And what about the plot, the retcons, the things added to the lore?

I still think Xicor is a lame villain and they never explain how Gohan & Vegeta can go SSj4 at will. The Dragon relam and the evil kaioshin stuff is cool. What makes Xicor lame IMO is that he feels so generic. He is just another powerful bad guy that wants to beat up the Z figthers. I do like seeing the Shadow Dragons being done in a more natural style now in the Dragon Relam. They don't seem to hate Goku after he killed most of them.

New chapter just added! Original drafts drawn by toyble have been used by Rogeru to complete this chapter, and some bonus pages recovered from exclusive rare doujinshi magazines "Super DB" have been included too!
Check out the fifth chapter "Super Warriors Assemble", it's a project of DBFM Group. Help us to continue and finish this story with your ideas!

Now that volume 5 is finally complete, I would like to by adding volumes 6 and 7 with drawings of Rogeru. I'm gathering up ideas based on what toyble left pending, so you've got the chance to give your contribute!

I agree. This was one of my first fan mangas (that I read) back in the day. This has my full interest. I've always liked the Xicor character.
