The Z movies aren't really fresh on my mind (or the GT special), so maybe a rewatch would shift my list slightly, but I'm sure on the quality of the TV specials, the DB movies and modern DB products.

                    Now with the Broly film, I'd probably slide it in there at number 8. The movie has a lot of problems, but so do all of the others below it.

                    I don't think you can say that "nothing really happens" about a movie that expands a little bit the gods lore but mainly introduces the Multiverse concept into this franchise. That alone is more than what Dragon Ball Super came up with (in which the only saga that something happened was Future Trunks saga). I mean, it was not Dragon Ball Super obligation to come up with more/new concepts, but at least expand and explore properly the ones already established, even old ones, but that doesn't happen.

                    Super Saiyan God was supposed to be a huge deal but it was quickly forgotten as Super Saiyan Blue and Ultra Instinct became massively more popular.

                    Kinda like Super Saiyan 3 exists but it was hardly used.

                    Super Saiyan God just contributes to the endless Saiyans transformations. It might "expand" something, but not in a good way if you ask me. When I said "gods lore" I was just referring to the gods who play a role in the Universe.
