Gokhan stomps vegeta and vegetto both are overwanked. Rival boost doesn't matter related to how many leagues stronger ult gohan is compared to vegeta in the first place AND the boost he'd get from being a hybrid saiyan of some kind.
Geets was down to 10% wasn't he? 10% Blue is still way more than SSJ1. He'd need God probably, SS3 wouldn't be enough probably.
Base Goku bog is a bit weaker than freeza. So Ten is a bit (more) weaker too. But a shin kikho will %100 get the job done. Alternatively a kaioken x10 or x20 should do it if he can do that.

9. Even 1st form Freeza crushes Tenshinhan unless he fires a Shin Kikoho.

- Be more specific. You mean Base Goku vs 17 (Buu arc)? Or Buu arc Goku vs DBS 17? Anyway 17 takes both rounds easily. BOG Base Goku was weaker than Namek Freeza, so 17 easily beats him. And Ssj3 Goku from the Buu arc is literally a fly compared to DBS 17.
- Come on, Shin might be weak but he still managed to stop Ssj2 Adult Gohan... PuiPui is Ginyu force tier at best.
