I don't really do nicknames, but I occasionally think of Vegeta as "ol veggie boy". Perhaps because Buuhan actually calls Vegito "veggie boy" in the dub at one point (or am I just going nuts?). And also because Recoome makes a joke about vegetables in his garden when he pulls Vegeta out of the ground by the leg after slamdunking him in head first.

And I've gotten in the habit of calling Piccolo "Big Green" sometimes just because why not.

The only character I ever gave a nickname was Goku Black as 'Tullece' because it feels like a rehash of Tullece in canon form (as many fans love it whether it's canon or not). Oh, and Jiren as "Inbred Cell".

Edit: The female Broli from DBS (Kale, Kaulifa or whatever her name is) as Female Broli.
