Personally, the only thing I have to comment on right now is that I like how the game reminds me of the Legacy of Goku series.

i have to imagine he'll be playable, gotenks vs boo is a pretty big part of the boo saga, it'd be kinda weird to just skip it.

How many characters are playable so far? And was there any mention on play time? I heard from somewhere that it's over 100 hours worth of gameplay, but I wasn't sure if that was the truth to it.

Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Piccolo, Future Trunks, and Vegito so far.

Possibly Krillin as well but could be mistaken.

They have been on every demo of the game so far. Main grunt enemy of the Raditz mission.

oh cool! i haven't been watching a ton of gameplay footage (just the trailers), so my mistake on assuming that was new information or anything like that.

So do we know yet exactly how these Soul Emblems and Community Board thing work? Is it an online thing, or something built into the game itself?

Apologies for the double post, but it looks like we got a little bit of clarification for my former question.

It looks like the soul emblems are things you'll get by progressing through the story and interacting with various characters, and those emblems will have various game related effects, as well as unlocking more new interactions with the characters. Kinda sounds like they're taking a page from the interactions system in FighterZ, which is fine with me as that was one of the more interesting parts of the story mode there IMO. I don't know if I can get any more hyped for this game than I already am, but they keep finding ways to do it.

It looks beautiful, I can't wait to beat up Buuhan as Vegito.

We are like 3 months away from the release, do you guys believe there is still one more surprise? if its not some Super-related surprise, what from Z could they be saving for last? the epilogue?

Playing the epilogue could be pretty fun, especially if they maybe expand it a bit to actually give us Goku's training of Oob. Hell, that'd make a great DLC scenario that I'd totally buy, add Oob as a playable character post-game and get to train him alongside all the other heroes.

Beyond that though? I'm still kind of doubting anything Super related, even in the forms of Beerus or Golden Freeza, even if they were originally from Z movies. Beerus could appear in a post-credits scene as a tease for a sequel, but I'm betting that'd be the extent of it. I'd love it if we could get the other Z movies as side-quests though.

The game is called "Kakarot" so I'm still waiting for the prologue. Would like to play as Bardock (during the one month timeskip) and explore planet Vegeta. The game could answer how Bardock figured everything out even the exact day Freeza attacks the planet.
Goodbye friend. You are weak, so you must be destroyed!
