Ribrianne is a gag character. As a gag character, she automatically gets plot armor and stuff.

I mean, Satan was bitch slapped into a mountain by Cell and lived (because he was comic relief), while Krillin died by Tamboorine's love tap.

In the end, power levels are bullshit and people shouldn't put much thought into it, especially when it concerns fictional characters bound to the whims of a writer.

The protagonists from Twinkle PreCure beat a primordial goddess who was about to wipe out and recreate the entire universe (she had already covered it entirely with her power), and they basically have energy blasts and enhanced physical abilities, kind of like a DBZ character. That said, the way the battle is animated doesn't make them look specially powerful... although you could say the same thing for Ribrianne.
