Piccolo destroying the cameras

In the 25th Budokai, Piccolo used a technique (the wiki says it was this one) to destroy all the cameras used by the staff and audience simultaneously. But I'm a bit confused about how he did it.

First, he would have to know who had cameras, and where every camera was. Cameras obviously don't have ki, so you can't just sense them. Did he read everyone's mind to find out where their cameras were?

Secondly, he would have had to somehow destroy all the cameras that were in people's pockets, in bags/cases, or otherwise concealed somewhere, without hurting anyone or even leaving a mark on the outside of the pocket or bag. How is this possible? Are there even any known ki techniques that can damage the inside of a target without damaging the outside? I can't recall any, except perhaps Hit's Invisible Shockwave, but Piccolo obviously doesn't know that one.

Am I just misremembering, and he only destroyed the visible cameras? Because I pretty clearly remember it being stated that he destroyed every camera in the area, so no one would have to worry about being caught on film.

Probably stems from Kami's ability to see & know things from afar. Either that or some odd Namekian magic.

Why are you questioning Piccolo ? you shouldn't question Piccolo, not his camera destroying abilities, and not his clothes beam.

I guess it had to be some kind of force that could mess with every electronic device around without messing with the people inside the radius of the attack. Some sort of EMP-based attack.

Cameras were pretty much the only device at the time for people to be holding around in such events, so I don't think it was camera-related violence, if they had cell phones and laptops they would've been fried too. The dragon radar was lucky to be at Capsule Corp.

I think it was literally because he was powerful enough to focus on them and blow them up. Freeza was able to takecomplete control of Krillin's body and toss him up like a ragdoll; so it's not farfetched to assume someone as powerful as Buu arc Piccolo could focus a tiny bit of ki into a camera and break, move etc it.
