Now that the Moro arc has (mostly) concluded, how would you rank it compared to all the other arcs in the franchise ? The arcs can be ranked as follows: S= 5 points, A= 4 points, B= 3 points, C= 2 points, D= 1 point, & F = 0 points. The "voting" will last for 2 weeks, with the rankings being calculated on January 1st.

My rankings are:

Based on the manga interpretation of the Super arcs, with the exception of Battle of Gods and Resurrection F (I use the anime, since the movies aren't eligible):

Broly would go in D, the Battle of Gods movie would go in C or even B. As for the anime versions, the Champa and future Trunks arcs would stay in the same rank, but the Tournament of Power would be bumped down to E or F.

Didn't come prepared to grade them all. Red Ribbon Army will forever be the best as it encapsulates what I enjoy and think of the most when it comes to Dragon Ball. The fun, the adventure, the heart, the travel, Kid Goku being the throughline character, all that stuff.

Super and GT are not very fresh in my mind, so their ratings may be off, especially since I haven't read the Super manga (except for the second half of the Moro arc). From what I've heard, it's more coherent compared to the anime's haphazard nature, so if I did read the Super manga some of its arcs might move from C to B. But for now, this is where they stand:

It's easy to rank a favorite, way more difficult to rank a least-favorite. Goku Black would be higher if it wasn't for that (imo) awful ending because I really did enjoy the first part of that arc a lot.

How are you going to deal with the two posters so far who haven't ranked GT's arcs due to unfamiliarity?

Giving GT's arcs zero points from them would arguably screw the ranking up by assuming these posters ranked all of GT's arcs as an F, creating a potential bias against it and in favour of Super's arcs that shouldn't exist, since these two voters don't have an opinion to offer on GT.

Perhaps you could calculate the average ranking for each GT arc and give them their average for each person who didn't rank them? (That is to say, take the mean of each GT arc's score as given by the people who did rank them, then add that mean to that arc's overall score for each person who didn't rank the GT arcs) That way GT's arcs' relative positions in the rankings remain essentially unchanged by these two voters.
This same method could be used if anyone comes in and doesn't rank Super's arcs (or indeed, if they only rank the manga arcs, or if there's a real weirdo who only ranks GT and/or Super )

But that's ridiculous.

The very act of giving the unranked arcs a zero mark makes this an unfair and unbalanced vote to be heavily questioned.

"I have no view" doesn't mean "I vote this as the worst thing ever", and yet you're equating these two distinct concepts. All this does is give Super an advantage in that two of the people who've voted so far haven't seen GT.

And it's not a complex or troublesome system. It would take no time at all to deal with it, and barely any mental energy.

Also, KBABZ only voting for RRA also arguably gives that arc an unfair advantage, so arguably his vote should be discounted. (Sorry KBABZ)

Do you mean if the Baby arc's average is a C I should also give it 2 other Cs for who didn't vote for it ? if that's what you mean then sure, that sounds good. I misunderstood you the first time.
