I haven't watched all the shows and I don't remember a lot, but I'd say that Sailor Moon at peak power should be able to contend with the like of GoD tier threats. And I've heard that Ichigo is like universally strong.

Toriko is high planet buster to low star level. So basically 1st Form Frieza from namek to Ssj Goku (namek). So he might beat androids 19 or 20.

Schneider could possibly beat angels. However, I don’t believe he is at Zeno level. But he could challenge the child. He has some hax abilities. But honestly he is a reality warper. So, it’s hard to place him.

We never see cell with no absorptions, he's eaten a whole city in the present when Piccolo finds him and I'm the future he's absorbed an indeterminate amount of humans.

He implies he has to eat humans to beat 17 and 18. And he can't assume they will not fight together.

So the strongest he can be is 17 level but not 17+18 level.
However piccolo beat his ass easier then 17 so he's probably at MAX 18 level. We never really know the gap between them 17 and 18 exactly.

So possibly either Saiyan can solo but together they can do it.
Trunks states he can fight both futurr androids together pretty well. They are weaker there but not both twice as weak.
Potentially a tough fight though.

Goku. Easier than vs Jiren. Broly is just brute force, his fighting style would fall into UI's lap.

Broly should, sooner or later, land hits and/or overpower Sign through some ki attacks. Sign lacks the weight behind its punches to put him down, too.
Current Sign would definitely put up a decent fight but probably lose.

Videl obviously, she has the advantage of flight and martial arts skill (though a bit rusty because character assassination)

It would be hard for Roshi to do a Kamehameha if he was stuck in a block of ice. Then again, he could potentially power up and break the ice with his muscles. I think I'm going with Roshi on this one.

-Anin (human size) vs Mulan

This is really difficult. A master swordswoman vs a spiritual being with a staff and extendable ribbons? I am inclined to bet on Mulan, but it honestly could be a toss up.

-Red Ribbon Army vs Hercules

As long as Hercules has his Nemean lion cloak and forms some strategy, he can plow through those fuckers more easily than Goku did.

-Nam vs Maui & Moana

Maui is a literal demigod. Who do you THINK will win?

-Giant Fish (1st episode) vs Ariel

Ariel has experience out-swimming sharks, she can evade the fish with ease (though if the giant freshwater fish is put in sea water, it will die anyways).

That match was more like a joke since i couldn't really find any opponent for Ariel as she doesn't really fight. Perhaps Oceanus Shenron would fit here but Ariel obviously has no chance against her so i chose that poor fish lol.

Depends which Yamcha we’re using - 21st Budokai Yamcha would probably be a good match for Bob, but anything beyond that and it isn’t much of a fight.
