Goku: 1

It's easy to get lost in the power bloat and decompressed storytelling, but when it all circles back to Goku and Vegeta vs Gas, Vegeta says Goku hasn't changed at all. This means all these power ups Gas and Granolah do aren't as impressive as they seemed initially, since Goku and Vegeta can still put up some fight.
The difference between UI and TUI is kinda confusing, but I think the implication is that Goku hasn't been using or just can't use UI properly and it should be stronger than TUI, but TUI fits better with Goku's style and so he can draw more power from it. The giant Ki Avatar is probably what UI should really be.
Vegeta: 2

~ SSJBE: 4,000,000

Base Vegeta had quite an advantage over Base Goku in the Moro Saga, which probably still applies here. SSJBE Vegeta could fend off fairly well and was even stated to be growing stronger as he fought Granolah. In another interview Toyotaro says Vegeta has finally become Goku's equal again with Ultra Ego, so I'll place them as equals initially and in the end. Right before Vegeta collapsed Gas was cowering in fear, so I think he'd racked up enough damage to match, if not surpass him.
Granolah (Clone): 100,000
~ Real: 10,000,000
~ Awakened: 15,000,000
~ Mega Ki Blast: 45,000,000
Granolah's clone was about on pair with SSJB Goku. Real Granolah only got to fight a already weakened UI Goku, but going by how his fight with Vegeta went it sounds like he would've been stomped by UI Goku at his peak.
Gas: 18,750,000

Gas struggles with Granolah a bit, but it's only because Granolah was more accostumed to the power than he was. It's unclear whether Gas got stronger when he controlled himself, but I don't see any reason to assume he did.

No clue. I dare to say he's stronger than Blue Gogeta would be right now, at least.
