It's probably worth noting what some of these releases actually are and where/how to find them, considering we are in fact talking about official releases here. The aforementioned French dubs of Plan to Eradicate the Super Saiyans and Episode of Bardock were included on the "Golden Box" set (accompanied by Battle of Gods and Resurrection 'F') released back in 2018.

There is also a Taiwanese dub of the Dream 9 Crossover Special (the full special, both Toriko ep 99 and One Piece ep 590).

As far as I know, that's it. But if there are others out there, please let me know so I can document it!! :)

Thanks! Have you found any related video with the Taiwanese Mandarin dub?
Unfortunately, no. Some of these Taiwanese dubs are hard to come by...

Does any of these official international releases on DVD/BD has Japanese dub with English subs? (for these rare OVAs)

^ I can confirm that the French releases always include the Japanese dub, but NEVER include any other subtitles than the French ones, sparing themselves what they probably consider useless efforts as their main/only target is the French audience.

In the language menu, you can't even access the Japanese dub without any subtitles.
It's considered that if you buy this, you are likely a French person not speaking Japanese, which means either you want to hear French voices without any subtitles, or you want the original Japanese with French subtitles to know what's being said.

Exceptionally, and this is the only release to have done it so far, the Super Hero Blu-Ray release just like week adds a third option for the first time, which is "French dub with French subtitles". But that's it!
