Which DB had you read or watched?
Which DB franchise had you read or watched?
I only read DB and DBZ, so my knowledge of DB is limited.
I also watched GT as a teenager, but forgot most of the storylines now.
What DB mangas are there?

Re: Which DB had you read or watched?
For manga I've read all 42 volumes of Dragon Ball and I've recently read all the chapters of Dragon Ball Super, plus Jaco if that counts as DB.
For the anime I've seen all of DB, DBZ, GT and I'm currently watching the Super anime for the first time.
In regards to that last question you have Dragon Ball as a complete 42 volume manga, though sometimes it's split up into Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z (an issue Viz, the English language distributor are guilty of), but it's all technically one manga from beginning to flying away with Oob.
Dragon Ball Super has an ongoing manga series (though it's on hiatus right now) and it's not written or drawn by Toriyama directly though he gave the outlines and oversaw everything that has been completed thus far. That is currently 103 chapters across 23 volumes, and it's going to continue later but hasn't been updated since the beginning of the year.
There was also a short manga from 2013 (shortly before DB Super started) called Jaco The Galactic Patrolman and it's meant to be a separate short comedy manga but its events tie in with Dragon Ball and the main character becomes a character in DB Super so while not necessary to read exactly, it's a good addition and it provides further context for who this weird out of place new character is who isn't introduced properly in Super.
That's it for the main stuff, though there are officially produced manga tie ins with things like some modern DB movies, animated specials Heroes. As well as the short fan made but officially produced Yamcha manga or the Bardock one (the latter became a special too). But that's really outside the realm of main Dragon Ball.

Re: Which DB had you read or watched?
I have watched and read everything that I know of, excluding Heroes Avatars, Episode of Bardock manga and SD. Oh, and now Super Divers I guess.
DB was just in a very dry period for some years before BoG, so anything new was welcomed, but even after that I still had an interest on Heroes. The only media I have ever revisited for fun however are the original and Super manga, and the Toriyama movies. Excluding RoF in particular, they are the best the franchise had to offer in my opinion. Daima is also the first DB anime that has a pacing that doesn't make me want to pull my hair out, so if it keeps it up, I may revisit it as well in the future.
