Everything else felt rushed (ToP, Beerus saga) or just not as good (U6 tournament). RoF and Broly aren't even covered.

But I liked some of the concepts introduced in the manga that the anime didn't, like having Gowasu attempting to reason with his apprentice and the difference in stuffing up the Mafuba jar. Infinite Zamasu is the better end villain though.
I have the opposite opinion, I think the manga improves on U6 and the ToP (BoG was unnecessary on both ends) and while the Zamasu arc may be more consistent and logically sound in the manga regarding its plot structure, the anime had such higher highs and provided a much more entertaining version of Goku Black, with a more poignant ending to the arc, that I tend to prefer it.

That's a pretty reductive view of things. Enjoy what you want by all means but that's like saying a movie adaptation of a book is inherently better because it has visuals.

They're different mediums with their own feel and pacing.
Inherently better? No, I didn't say inherently better.

But I'd be lying if I said that I don't find Anime more enjoyable and entertaining than Manga. Call me superficial if you like, but I find it more entertaining when there's voice acting, a ost, and coloured and moving visuals.

This isn't to say that I dislike Manga, but... look, if what I said is far-fetched, they wouldn't even bother making animated adaptations.
