I don't think Frieza will ever become good but I think he could become tolerable of the Saiyans. He'll still hate Goku & Vegeta but he won't kill them.
In a way he has Goku to thank for coming back to life after the Tournament of Power, has Goku to thank for getting stronger.
I could see him still doing the planet trade business but carefully not to effect the mortal level of U7 & piss off Beerus.

He could just go full circle, and give back the planets he stole, with a high rent.Bardock God of Time wrote: Sat Mar 15, 2025 12:19 pm I don't think Frieza will ever become good but I think he could become tolerable of the Saiyans. He'll still hate Goku & Vegeta but he won't kill them.

Well it's been confirmed that the DBS Manga will be absent for another month.
The lack of transparency is really annoying, no statement, no roadmap, no explanation, nothing, just more hiatus limbo.
The last original arc the DBS manga had was in 2022, if they want to cancel it they should just do it already.

Considering how Dragon Ball still makes money & clearly enough people read the DBS manga to keep it going in Japan, as well as other countries, I doubt they're gonna wanna do that. The Monkey King wrote: Tue Mar 18, 2025 2:36 pm Well it's been confirmed that the DBS Manga will be absent for another month.

Only dubs that matter are DB, Kai, & Super. Nothing else.

Looks like the actual cover has extra aura effects
To be honest the more I look at this cover the less I like it
Re: "Dragon Ball Super (Manga)" Official Discussion Thread
I can't wait for a better artist to someday redraw this cover for a different piece of official art lol.
Re: "Dragon Ball Super (Manga)" Official Discussion Thread
I love the cover, but it makes me even more mad they decided to give Beast Mode silver hair. The duplication from Ultra Instinct really stands out when we see all five of them.
To a strong man, the end justifies the means. To a stronger man, the means justify the end.

I think that Beast might be a bit more gray, but the coloring differences really don't matter at the end of the day in that respect because it feels like the coloring for this cover is the issue more so than the coloring we see for these forms in the anime.
It'll be interesting to see how the color director approaches the two different forms' hair when the anime inevitably adapts this.
Re: "Dragon Ball Super (Manga)" Official Discussion Thread
I'm hoping they shift Ultra Instinct a bit towards white, so that the difference is more apparent. Silver and grey are just too similar even if they are technically different. Look at Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger (adapted in the west as Power Rangers Dino [Super]Charge), where the Ranger team had both a silver and grey Ranger: They looked incredibly similar, to the point where the shapes of their helmets were a better distinguishing trait than their actual suit color.JulieYBM wrote: Tue Mar 18, 2025 5:41 pm I think that Beast might be a bit more gray, but the coloring differences really don't matter at the end of the day in that respect because it feels like the coloring for this cover is the issue more so than the coloring we see for these forms in the anime.

Oh my gosh, vindication lol. I was watching Kyouryuuger when it was first airing and I was like, "Y'all...Silver and Gray look a bit too similar here lol."johnboy1 wrote: Tue Mar 18, 2025 6:51 pmI'm hoping they shift Ultra Instinct a bit towards white, so that the difference is more apparent. Making Ultra Instinct more white colored would work, for sure. That or darkening the gray on Beast, maybe? I do love the silver for Ultra Instinct, but the gray for Beast definitely should look a bit more different.

The concept does remind me of my Super Saiyan Sentai episode for SZ lol, as well as all the fan art.
(and yeah, the lack of color contrast between Goku and Gohan sticks out like a sore thumb

This cover just demonstrates how bad Dragon Ball Super truly is/was.PhantomSaiyan wrote: Tue Mar 18, 2025 3:15 pm

We could have enjoyed a story without all these hair dyes and color swapping involved.
I would have been perfectly fine with Super Saiyan God being the only God Form introduced in DBS, that's only used in rare occasions (what enemy will allow Goku to get righteous Saiyan energy channelled into him from 5 other individuals?).

Dragon Ball has basically become an official meme of itself thanks to Super and Resurrection F where all this started.Benjamin-Simons-91 wrote: Wed Mar 19, 2025 2:56 amThis cover just demonstrates how bad Dragon Ball Super truly is/was. Same here. SsjG's method of achieving it and time limit made it the perfect form, as it couldn't be abused due to its strict requirements. But then it became a regular transformation, because of course it did.Benjamin-Simons-91 wrote: Wed Mar 19, 2025 2:56 amI would have been perfectly fine with Super Saiyan God being the only God Form introduced in DBS, that's only used in rare occasions.

I’m annoyed we are left in the dark about a continuation, I would like to hope Toyotaro has a stack full of chapters drawn ahead of time, but I think it’s more likely they would not let him continue on his own without directives fleshing out the story with Toriyama’s passing. I’m thinking we are going to get a Black Freeza arc with possibly introducing Cooler (I’m thinking as a weak good guy to make him stand out from his movie counterpart) and then it will end. If they end it I hope they at least make it to volume 30. I’m thinking they will introduce SS4/5 in this arc, or put Toyotaro on another spinoff and continue Daima as an alternate take. A new artist is possible as well.
Re: "Dragon Ball Super (Manga)" Official Discussion Thread
I haven't seen anyone talk about it, but a new arc has already been announced for the manga, and if so, when will it debut?
Re: "Dragon Ball Super (Manga)" Official Discussion Thread
No. Nothing has been announced. That's why you don't see anyone talk about it.Noah wrote: Sat Mar 29, 2025 1:12 pmI haven't seen anyone talk about it, but a new arc has already been announced for the manga, and if so, when will it debut?

It speaks about the plot of Carmine to both revive the Red Ribbon Army and to use Saiyanen X-1 & X-2 against Gohan until Goku shows up. Source: https://dragonballsuper-france.fr/drago ... erture-hd/
