I want to experience the comedy for myself.
The series doesn't start with the arrival of Raditz. Stop being lazy and watch Dragonball.

Kay, just picked up the Trunks/Bardock TV Specials tin and the first volume of Dragon Ball's Viz Big. In the entire convention, there was not a single place selling the Daizenshuu in English. I'm pretty pissed off :P

Well, you kinda need to complete your movie collection, right? Or are you gonna say "I've got all the DBZ movies except 1..."

Just now I finished up an order on Amazon that included the VIZ translation of Daizenshuu 1.

My next purchases are likely to be the VIZ hardcover manga releases of DB and DBZ, Dragonball DS, and Infinite World.

Hey, now! I'll have you know Bio-Broly is excellent. Wait, no, sorry, mixed my words up. "Excruciating." As you were.

(But hey, if you're looking to complete a collection, it's only $6 on Amazon! And at that price, why, it almost seems worthwhile. I guess.)

My most recent actual purchase is the English Complete Illustrations, but I also preordered the hardcover collector's editions of DB Volume 1 and DBZ Volume 1 - because apparently it's not enough that I already own these volumes in three separate formats. Ha ha, impulsive investments! Nice. Oh, well, life's too short for regret. (Argh.)

You got nothing on me, I find the Tenkaichi games boring and mundane but it didn't stop me from buying Budokai Tenkaichi 2 three times.

The DBZ movies 1+2 double feature whenever that came out. The Daizenshuu sounds good enough to be my next buy. That or DBGT season 1.

I finally bit the bullet and bought myself the first Viz Big volume of Dragonball. The size and the price did it for me, honestly. Even thought the beautiful spine image is not retained, I can't deny the release's convenience and price.

Not finding it in either Border or Barnes and Noble, I finally figured that I might as well order Viz's version of daizenshuu 1. I even went as far as asking the lady behind the counter at Borders for the books availability. She said that they should have 2 in stock, but neither copy was available. She even went as far as checking the oh-so mysterious gray carts that all lost books are supposed to show up on, but to no avail. I guess I shoulda gone to amazon sooner, since it would've been less of a pain, but online shopping kinda takes away from the whole "thrill of the hunt."

I was also fortunate enough to come across the last copy (that I saw, anyway) of Kageyama's Super Survivor CD today at the local Kinokuniya. I know it didn't get the best review on the podcast, but I love the CD to death and the fact that it's my first legit Japanese CD just makes things better.

Ugh, I wish I could find the camera so I could put up an updated version of my shelf for the "Show off your Dragon Ball Crap" thread...

Dragonball: VIZ BIG EDITION (volumes 1-3)
Dragonball Z: VIZ BIG EDITION (volumes 1-3)

I don't own the manga in its entirety so I'm gonna buy those.
If challenge had a taste, you'd be quite delicious.

I recently picked up DBZ Vizbig volume 2.

Yeah, I'm a sucker for early Namek stuff, and for that price, I couldn't not buy it.

Just got the Viz Daizenshuu in the mail from amazon an hour ago. Also got the old 1-13 edited episodes of Dragonball, just because of I'm a sucker for the Ocean dub in general.
