And yeah, I would totally not have done all that if my two roomates had been at home, even though they know I cosplay.
Roomates? You in college?

No, I live on my own. Still trying to go to college in the first place. My parents are about 300 miles away from where I am now in Massachusetts. I dont think they'd mind me asking them to take cosplay pics though. They've done it before. XD

Holy crap! That was a wig. It was a damn good one though. Fooled the hell outta me.

So...do you only cosplay as #18 or are there others?

Haha

Well, I've done her Budokai costume and her Cell games costume as well. As for other characters, I did Sakura Kasugano from Street Fighter a longass time ago. I did Jack Sparrow from POTC, and right now I'm working on Schierke and Caska from Berserk.

I think I wanna do some other 18 costumes, too, but not sure which ones...

Hey, those are pretty freaking cool! If I didn't know any better, I'd think these were screenshots for a live action DBZ movie, I kid you not!

I want that Namekian Dragonball.
Battle High 2, starring Kyle Hebert as well as myself, has been released on Xbox 360, OUYA, PC, Linux, Mac, and Xbox One!

Those are really cute #18. You should have done a Hallowe'en themed one earlier too.^^

And have you thought of doing GT version #18?

Hmmm...Halloween themed would've been lame. I mean, it's already the cosplayer's favorite holiday and making a costume for a costume is a little intense. But hell, if I had thought of it, I probably would've done it. Striped tights and...a witch hat? I have no clue. ~_~ Maybe I'll do something for Valentine's day...

I've considered doing a GT version of #18. The problem for me is getting another wig and making her stuffy business woman clothing, and then hoping someone recognizes me . I like her short hair, sicne I have short hair myself, but I never liked the way they made #18 in GT.

I actually think my next costume is gonna be the super simple (well not really, if I have to make a denim vest from scratch) Kame house outfit that they show her wearing in Budokai 2 and 3. I did two of her other outfits and those are on my shrine. One needs to be redone pretty bad, but you can't reaaally tell looking at it in photos. :P

Ooh! Ooh! And I made it onto Funimation's website! (sorry for the shameless plug, but I'm excited)

Hah thanks. That Hiei I've also seen do a Gundam Wing boy, Cammy from Street Fighter, and one of the (assumed) boy witches from Magic Users Club. Hehe

No way!! If a guy wants to dress up as a sexy, thong-wearing militant badass, more power to him!

Thanks to your topic, number18, I have decided that when I go to Sakuracon next year, I will cosplay! And as Mirai no Trunks, post Spirit & Time Training. Thanks for the inspiration!

Awww! That's so good, The S! I've actually got a Dragonball cosplay site in the works, and hopefully it'll be up and running soon, so you'll have a place to find more inspiration. I'm gonna try to have other cosplayers contribute tutorials as well, so you can make the pointed saiyan boots, saiyan armor...all that good stuff. :D

Actually, there is a thread at cosplay.com in the anime section where we all post pics and talk about costumes and whatnot.
http://forums.cosplay.com/showthread.ph ... e=70&pp=15
That's like..the 2nd to last page. The thread must be a year old by now, though. Haha. ^_^

Huhuhuh look at the filename for your image on Funimation.com...

You don't LOOK very fat, pale, or clownish.
