There was probably morbid humour behind Nappa, Dodoria and the old man #20 kills, but I disagree with #16's death. With #16, it was supposed to be a genuinely serious and pivotal moment, with #16's death being the last trigger for Gohan to explode and finally release his hidden power (something that had been building up since Goku handed over the fight to Gohan).

In the anime, when the Cell Jr. gives Piccolo multiple abdominal punches. It looks really funny IMO.

The way Vegeta nonchalantly kicks Goku to Piccolo after his heart virus takes affect during his fight with #19. I guess maybe you could consider that an intended scene though..but I think it was more to make Vegeta look bad-ass than funny.

This may not count, but I never get tired of that scene after Cell buffs up against Gohan, gets the crap knocked out of him again, and is just drooling and looking cock-eyed.

I could find humor in Cell making the same mistake as Trunks (while he had been totally dissing Trunks about it before), and getting his ass kicked. It was like he was asking for it.
And his facial expression after the kick is kinda humorous.

Exactly! With Trunks actually pointing it out, like just to rub it in.

In Dragon Ball, the strongest bodyguard larger than Piccolo Daimao challenges him to buy time for the King to escape. Piccolo defeats him easily by shoving his whole arm through his chest.
Why was it unintentionally funny?
Because as he did that, the bodyguard's eyes popped out before he fell on the ground dead.

"I'm going to suck you!" - Semi-Perfect Cell to Super Vegeta. I'm watching these episodes from the fourth Dragon Box as I type this and when this line came up I just had to post it here.

The title screen of the second DB movie "A Mystical Adventure" always makes me laugh, the song that plays and the picture of the Crane Hermit I believe, looking at the radar just works so well that its worth a laugh.

There are no unintentional funny moments in Dragon Ball at all. Dragon Ball is not funny, this a HARDCORE show. Where people DIE and you don't LAUGH! Dammit.
