18 was not going all out against the boys. She would not risk killing random humans which is what she thought they were. Also Battle of Gods which is written by Toriyama has Freeza>Base Saiyans.

They were barely touching her until they went SSJ. And they had the advantage of controlling separate arms and legs.

If anything the boy where not going all out of 18 as there both where restricted. There is no proof that 18 held back.

Yes because 18 will go all out on humans and risk killing them and losing money. The boys went SSJ because they couldn't beat her in base. I have SSJ boys above 18, but base boys are definitely not.

Also she had no intent for killing Vegeta in their first fight. If she wanted to she could have easily.

Lastly the creator himself put Base Saiyans below Freeza in the recent movie. That debunks anything you have to say.

Alright then if she didn't want to kill Vegeta then why would she want to kill Mighty mask. Not to mention you got Trunks and Goten Trying not to kill 18

Just because his intent may have been to have the Base Saiyans below Freeza at that point in the series does not mean he did not contradict himself within the original release of the manga. If it was so clear cut there would not have been 20 years of discussion on the subject.

Goku could simply be suppressed. I certainly think he was. Yeah I don't think Goku should be too far ahead of Freeza in any case but still.

Because it doesn't fit what you want right. Toriyama wrote the story while Watanabe wrote the script.

I tried thinking up an original story, imagining it as though [the manga's] serialization had continued.

Toriyama wrote the story and wrote it as if he continued his story. This movie is apart of the Manga's timeline.
