If the evil Saiyans were stronger than the good Saiyans, could go (via Power Ball) and control Oozaru (at least most of them), and use good team work, and if they were hundreds of thousand times more than the good Saiyans, then the 8 Super Saiyans are doomed.

Fine then how about a new theory. It takes 6 SSJs to make this new form however it's just a Saiyan God. It's only called SSJ God because it takes SSJs to form it. That's a better way to look at it IMO.

It comes after Super Saiyan, so it's a Super Saiyan form called Super Saiyan God. No need for theories.

It just doesn't look anything like a SSJ so I am not to keen on referring to it as one. It looks a lot more like a Saiyan God.

I've never seen Gogeta drawn in the regular SSJ4 fashion before.

SS, SS4 & SSG are of different SS types. Is it even stated that SS is a requirement for reaching SSG? Or did Goku just go SS for the lulz?

At the point Goku went SS there, he had already fallen out of the SSG form. When he goes back to the SSG form, he's left SS form again (from what I recall reading in the summary anyway). And it's not stated one way or the other, but I'm thinking Super Saiyan isn't a requirement, since I don't know why the first one to use Super Saiyan God - the guy from the backstory that I'm still affectionately calling 'Brad' - would have needed to achieve SSG to fight the other evil Saiyans if he could already go Super Saiyan.

A quick painting I did in Painting Class. It's my version of Goku going SSj.
Took an hour to do it, but I like the style I used for it. This is my version of how Goku should have gone Super Saiyan. After seeing the death of Krillin, Goku is screaming in rage, tears coming out of his eyes, with his hands waving radically. I think it will create more of an impact if Toriyama and Toei made it this way. Either way, Goku going Super Saiyan is an awesome sight to see when you're a first timer of the Dragon Ball Series. I've use Acrylics, along with ink paints as guidances.

Those are pretty good, Saiyan Prince Vegeta. I especially like the use of shading, probably shows best in the first one that was done in pen. ^_^
