DRAGON BALL: Spain vs Latin America (NOT a which one is better thread)

Post by Cure Dragon 255 » Mon May 08, 2023 4:00 am

So... Since my thread was a flop I decided to approach this new one way more carefully and as an apology to Majin Buu I will try to make this one a more thoughtful debate. No wrong answers here but lets make it thoughtful. I really think this rivalry is foolish and petty. I actually like
European Spanish dubbing even if its not my favorite way of watching most things. Both sides can be insanely petty and rude and many are inconsistent as to what makes a dub good or bad. People bash either side for adapting, for keeping things the same, the is zero consistency except to try and outdo the other.

This forum is so over-dramatic that it's not even funny.

I just think it's fun to compare character voices and acting in dubs from the whole world. It does sound like the Latin American dub's got better casting and acting for a lot of characters but I never watched any of the spanish dubs in depth.

Thanks sangofe. I didnt want to limit people's ability to discuss which one they like better but if I didnt the thread would focus on that aspect. You guys can indeed discuss which one you like best.
