Was The Magic Begins released in the UK on VHS?

Was browsing the BBFC and came across this:

For those unaware The Magic Begins was a Taiwanese live action adaptation of Dragon Ball, directed by Chun-Liang Chen and produced by Filmswell International Ltd., My Way Film Company and Yes Films Company Ltd.

At first I thought it might have been aired on TV, but then I noticed the use was put down as "Physical media + VOD/Streaming". VOD and streaming of course weren't a thing in 1995, at least on the scale we know today so home video can be the only other possibility.

I can't find much on the reported distributor Eastern Heroes other than them being some sort of martial arts specialist magazine, but maybe they were in the VHS business before that?

Does anyone remember ever owning this or seeing it in stores?
Do you have any info about international non-English broadcasts about the Dragon Ball anime or manga translations/editions? Please message me. Researching for a future book with Dragon Ball scholar Derek Padula
