In the non canon movie they give it to Tapion.
In the Super Anime Bulma takes a CD out of the other time machines wreckage and reprogram it to go to Trunks timeline.
In the manga we don't see it. In the Z era manga, Trunks actually put the capsule in his capsule case, he doesn't give it to Bulma so presumably he has it still?
