Beerus insists that Boo's natural ability should be allowed, but Basil should be disqualified; however, the Omni-Kings think this is boring, so the Great Priest again tells them to continue under the assumption that anything goes.

			Rou warns Basil that there is no place for losers in [[Universe Nine]], so he continues fighting, the healing drug seeming to also act as a stimulant. Basil thinks he has defeated Boo once again with his finishing movie, "Wolfgang Pressure", but Boo emerges from the rubble and defeats Basil with a full-power [[Kamehameha]].
