==Overview==
This fourth ''daizenshuu'' covers everything that has to do with the "[[Dragon World]]" created by [[Akira Toriyama]]. This includes everything from outer space, to characters, to technology, and even the Dragon Balls themselves. Included before the table of contents is an introduction message from Akira Toriyama and the guides title page, which features the illustration from ''[[Weekly Shōnen Jump]]'' 1986 #05.

===Insert Poster===
The book features a foldout poster of the guides respective cover illustration drawn by Akira Toriyama. On the opposite side of the poster are countless rough sketches by Toriyama. These include sketches of North Kaiō, Mister Popo, Cell, teenage Son Gohan, Majin Buu, Super Saiyan 3 Son Goku, Mister Satan, and an outline of the Dragon World drawn as a reference for the animation staff.

===Shenlong Times===
As a special bonus for buying the ''daizenshuu'', Shueisha included a small newspaper type pamphlet called the "Shenlong Times". This eight-page pamphlet contains a fan round-table interview with winners of the "Tenka'ichi Test", a ''Dragon Ball'' knowledge competition held by [[Bandai Namco Entertainment|Bandai]] and ''[[Weekly Shōnen Jump]]'' in March 1993 to celebrate the release of [[Dragon Ball Z: Super Butōden|Super Butōden]] for the Nintendo Super Famicom. The center of the pamphlet contains a short comic drawn by Toriyama detailing his life following the completion of series, which he is "incredibly glad" has ended. Following the comic is an "I Love Dragon Ball" section, which features a brief interview with manga artist Momoko Sakura of ''Chibi Maruko'' fame. The pamphlet ends with a "Dragon Ball News" section, showcasing new and upcoming ''Dragon Ball'' merchandise.

In the interview Toriyama discusses the world of ''Dragon Ball'', including the difference between the Earth in ''Dragon Ball'' and the real Earth, the scenery for battle scenes, the names of special techniques, and his making of a complete world map.
