			[[Moro]] continues to drain [[New Planet Namek]] for battle power, and [[Merusu]] warns [[Jaco]] and [[Esca]] that they need to leave before their energy is absorbed, too. As they run for the [[Galactic Patrol]] ship, Jaco thinks this explains why he is out of breath. The ship takes off, and Jaco takes a moment to empathize with Esca's situation. Esca tells him that he promised the other [[Namekian Characters\|Namekians]] that he would survive even if he was the only one left, and Great Elder [[Muri]] named him his successor before this disaster began. Esca thinks he might have foreseen his own death, but that is why it is his responsibility to survive. Merusu suggests they all survive, and rebuild a peaceful Namek. But first, they must defeat Moro. [[Iriko]] pilots the ship toward his location, just ahead.

			Moro is hovering in Namek's atmosphere, gathering its energy into a ball. [[Goku]] and [[Vegeta]], who have transformed into [[Super Saiyan Blue]], and [[Majin Boo]], who has transformed into [[Dai Kaiōshin]], [[teleport]] to Moro, and they all attack together, but Moro is easily able to escape them while he continues to gather Namek's energy. Goku and Vegeta feel that something is wrong, and Dai Kaiōshin explains that Moro's body is not here. They look around to find him, and Dai Kaiōshin spots him standing on a small rock platform. Goku rushes toward him, but Vegeta tells him to wait; Moro is not inside the atmosphere, and they cannot survive out there. Dai Kaiōshin volunteers to go alone.

			Dai Kaiōshin attacks, but Moro is easily able to block him, and offended by his detestable face. Dai Kaiōshin attacks again, but Moro dominates the fight, kicking Dai Kaiōshin further away from Goku and Vegeta until they cannot see what is happening. In the ship, Merusu notices that Namek is no longer losing energy and wonders if the fight has begun. Iriko informs him that Moro and Dai Kaiōshin have left Namek's orbit, while Goku and Vegeta remain inside the atmosphere. Merusu tells him to go to Goku and Vegeta first.

			Moro chases Dai Kaiōshin with rocks. Dai Kaiōshin struggles to shoot them down; he tries firing an energy blast at Moro, but Moro just eats it, and then headbutts him and knocks him down to a small moon. Moro tells Dai Kaiōshin that he was confused by his strange abilities, but now that he is the stronger of the two, it is no longer a problem. He asks if something happened to him over the last ten million years, because he is not impressed. Dai Kaiōshin puts both hands together, pointing a finger gun at Moro and telling him that he is going to go back to [[Galactic Prison]]; if he resists, he will seal off his magic again. Moro calls his bluff, though, realizing that he no longer has the power to unleash the spell.

			Back in the atmosphere, Goku asks Vegeta if he felt Moro get even stronger just then. If he gets any stronger, they might not be able to handle him. Vegeta is concerned about his magic, too. Just then, the Galactic Patrol ship arrives, and Merusu tells them to get in. Inside, Goku theorizes that Dai Kaiōshin cannot use the sealing technique unless Moro stands still, but Merusu tells him that he suspects that he simply cannot perform ''[[Kai Kai Matoru]]'' anymore. 			Out in space, Moro continues to dominate the fight. He asks Dai Kaiōshin if someone stole his power and reduced him to that form he fought earlier. Moro knocks Dai Kaiōshin down to the surface of the moon again, and when he sits up, he has a vision of the battle in the [[Universe 7 Kaiōshin Realm]]. He watches Goku defeat Pure Boo with the ''[[Genki-dama]]'', and realizes that his power was obliterated along with that Boo. Moro informs him that he saw those latent memories, and now he knows that there is no one in this universe who can seal away his magic.

			Meanwhile, Vegeta has decided that gimmicks like that never get the job done anyway; it was always going to come down to pure strength. Goku agrees, and thinks they should act now. Iriko announces that Moro is just ahead, and Vegeta is frustrated that they cannot do anything in outer space. Merusu asks them if they are more powerful than Moro, and they assure him that they are; just one of them in Super Saiyan Blue should be enough to defeat him. Merusu tells them he will go out himself and force Moro back to the surface of the planet so that they can finish the job. Goku and Vegeta watch in astonishment as he turns his uniform into a space suit to depart the ship. After he leaves, Goku asks Jaco if all of their suits do that, but Jaco tells them it was custom made for Merusu.

			Moro is preparing to hurl an energy ball at Dai Kaiōshin when Merusu arrives and catches Moro's arm in a net. Moro slings him around, so Merusu detaches the net, leaving Moro's arm ensnared, and rushes to the surface of the moon to hide Dai Kaiōshin in a crater. Merusu asks him if he is alright, and tells him they need to get Moro back to the planet so that the others can fight him. Merusu asks if he can still teleport, and he confirms that he can. Merusu tells him to use it when the time comes.

			Moro lands, and Merusu fires his gun. Moro easily dodges, confused as to why Merusu would attack him with a "toy", but Merusu keeps firing, and Moro keeps dodging. Annoyed, Moro fires a blast at Merusu, but Merusu jumps up above Moro, capturing a large boulder with his net. He brings the boulder down on Moro; Moro punches it to pieces, but Merusu uses the net to land on Moro, blasting his eyes with his jet boots, temporarily blinding him. Dai Kaiōshin comes up behind him and grabs him, teleporting him away.

			In the ship, Goku senses Moro back on Namek and reaches out to Vegeta. Vegeta grabs his shoulder and Goku thanks Merusu as they teleport to Moro's location. When they arrive, Goku asks Moro if he is ready for a fair fight; they are at full power now, and they will not let him get away again. Merusu returns to the ship, and Jaco compliments his performance, but Merusu tells them they must hurry to Namek, too. Jaco thinks Goku and Vegeta have it under control; they are a little bit stronger than him, after all. Merusu is amused. Moro is surprised that Namek still has energy, and thinks he should finish the job. Vegeta tells him he does not seem to understand the situation; they are about to destroy him. Moro laughs, and reminds them about something they seem to have forgotten: the third wish.
