Merusu wonders what Goku is doing, and Whis says it looks like Goku has changed his strategy; they will both be fighting at full power. On the sidelines, [[No. 17]], [[No. 18]], [[Jaco]], [[Piccolo]], and [[Gohan]] brace themselves as Goku and Moro power up. Whis asks Merusu if Moro is stronger than he expected, and Merusu admits that he is. Whis thinks that Goku must have sensed that too, hence his decision to use his full power. [[Saiyans]] are known for getting stronger in the face of impossible odds, especially Goku. Whis then looks at the sky and adds, [[Vegeta]] too.
