==Overview==
[[Goku]], [[Trunks]], and [[Pan]] are searching for the second of the [[Ultimate Dragon Balls]], which [[Giru]] has located on Planet Calvo. As they approach the planet, Giru tells them the Dragon Ball is ahead at 1-0-2-0-0. They land in a grassy field and stretch, then proceed on foot to the location of the Dragon Ball. Eventually they arrive at a rustic village with thatch-roofed huts, but there are no people in sight. Goku complains that he is hungry, and Pan reminds him that he just ate. Giru tells them that the Dragon Ball is north at 2-3-0.

They enter the village and eventually find a group of people gathered around one hut. Pushing through the crowd, Pan and Goku find a woman seated at a table inside the hut with a few men standing around her. Still behind the crowd, Trunks asks a nearby man what is going on. The crowd turns around to look at them (Goku and Pan have rejoined him). The man explains that it is [[Zunama]]. Giru points toward the hut, telling everyone that the Dragon Ball is inside. It is tied at the end of the seated woman's hair. The [[Earth]] trio excitedly pushes through the crowd, and Goku counts the stars; it is the [[Six-Star Ball]]! One of the men standing nearby asks what is wrong with them, bursting into someone's home like this. Trunks explains that they traveled from a faraway planet called Earth to look for this Dragon Ball. The man angrily tells them that they do not have time for this right now, whatever their situation is; Zunama might show up at any minute. [[Leine]], the seated woman, tells [[Doma]], the man, that it will not help to yell at these people.

He terrorizes their village and makes selfish demands which continue to escalate. His last demand was the most outrageous. Giru then interrupts them to tell them that danger is approaching. The Earth trio watches through a window as Zunama approaches the hut, asking if they have decided on a bride for him. Trunks realizes that this must have been his latest, most outrageous demand, and the Headman confirms; his daughter Leine has been chosen as the bride. Trunks angrily tells him that this is like human sacrifice, and a very uncivilized thing to do in this day and age.
