The site was notable for its collection of multimedia in the early days of ''Dragon Ball'' fansites, particularly with its MPEG-1 video files. [[Kuririn]] was the owner's favorite character<ref>[https://web.archive.org/web/19971221112722/http://songohan.simplenet.com:80/kuririn.html "The Super Shaolin-Jin Kuririn Shrine"] page, ''Son Gohan's Page''</ref> and was featured through a "Kuririn Shrine" on the website (a page with in-depth information about the character) as well as through Kuririn-specific video clips.

Due to the standard inability of web hosts to appropriately serve these kinds of popular, media-rich ''Dragon Ball'' fansites, ''Son Gohan's Page'' moved servers several times, using resources such as college/university accounts, donations, affiliate links, etc. to stay afloat for as long as possible.

Video clips tended to be captured at a resolution of 320x240 and sourced from [[Nippon Golden Network]] broadcast recordings.
