	The Toei Animation Institute was an educational training agency established in April 1995 by Toei Animation to help develop new young talent for their own production staff, as well other companies in the animation industry. The institute offered year long instructional courses for various production roles, mainly focusing on writing, planning, directing, animation, and art design. Only a select number of applicants were accepted each year for the two year program.
