Throughout the entire series, there is only one thing that Piccolo did that irritated me, which is a big difference between him and other characters. I mean why didn't Goku and the others want to get brought back to life, to help. Surely Goku would lean on King Kai to get help from the Namekians or something.

The movie numbers don't make sense anymore, or SSJ Blue Goku would be way stronger than Beerus, let alone with Kaioken.

But everyone acts like Beerus is still the superior.

It's Mr. Satan so even if he got beat by them he'd come up with some excuse to fool everybody why he let them win.

This is an issue with the Android saga itself. If you think about it, why didn't anyone try to help Trunks during all those years. But it's true Goku is weak... and he died a natural death, so he couldn't come back, right? Also Vegeta would be recycled by that point. So yeah. Though I'm sure Piccolo...

Goku also didn't fully understand Buu and was wrong about him before.

He might have meant Goten would be able to handle him in a fight but that's different than long lasting damage. He might not have even thought of that.

It's funny because in Xenoverse Beerus claims that his primary motive is to maintain balance, and that he doesn't just do it on a whim despite admitting to blowing up hundreds of planets due to them ticking him off for frivolous reasons. Maybe him blowing up planets on whimsy is part of that balance.

Just having fanfic-y elements is not an automatic disqualifier for quality. It's how you put your own spin on it, and if you portray it well enough for the audience to accept then it doesn't matter.

Wouldn't Majin Cell be around Goku and Vegeta's strength? They're both stronger than Gohan by that point.
