Re: Concerning the q&a with the producer
The Yamamuro spread on the pages showcases Merged Zamasu, Trunks, and SSB Vegetto, but there's no way of knowing if the question is in relation to those three characters specifically, or if in typical vague Japanese fashion, it's just a general question. I think everyone needs to remember that thes...

Concerning the q&a with the producer
"Who’s the strongest out of all these? We asked producer, Atsushi Kido. The God of Destruction Beerus is overwhelmingly strong, but if we leave him out, then I think the strongest fighter is Goku Black. I’d say he’s used Son Goku’s power as a base and evolved in his own, unique way." Who a...

Re: Herms' use of "several" in the Strength Checker
Looks like I meant "many" instead: Chapter: 89, P14.1 Context: Goku accuses Karin of lying about the increase in power he should have received from the Super Holy Water. Karin: “Nyahhahha! I didn’t trick you!! Your power has already become many times greater!” Chapter: 140, P10.6 Context: ...

Herms' use of "several" in the Strength Checker
In English, several means more than two but less than many (a large number of): https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/several

Does the Japanese word Herms' translates into several also have the "more than two" connotation?

Re: Is Yamucha the only Chinese name only written in Katakan
"Yumcha" isn't even any more accurate than "Yamcha", really. "Yamcha" is a compelely valid way of writing the Cantonese word for dimsum, while "yumcha" is actually not standard in the modern system for romanizing Cantonese words, but instead is some sort of h...

Is Yamucha the only Chinese name only written in Katakana?
The rest are written in kanji with a katakana reading right? I'm asking so I can be more consistent with the Chinese names in the series. I'm thinking I should use Jiaozi, Taobaibai, Shenlong etc. but if Yamucha is different than I shouldn't use Yumcha.

Re: Where is it said Zenkais don't happen anymore?
It's probably more accurate to say near death power ups stopped being mentioned after the Freeza arc concluded. With the exception of Cell, it seems to be a benefit that's never talked about when characters survive near-death experiences anymore. I'm pretty sure there is a Daizenshu entry or Toriya...

Re: The Official Unofficial Power Levels Thread
How strong are those failed fusions of Gotenks? Fat gotenks is strong, stronger than base kids likely. I'd put him around 70% Freeza level at best to half of base goten at worst. You have the base saiyans way too weak, even for a Freeza > base Saiyans guy, if you think someone stronger than the bas...

Re: The Official Unofficial Power Levels Thread
After a long thought, I've finally decided to do a proper power level list for super. Initial considerations: Beerus' power level could be incorrect, because, well, just because. It includes both manga and anime, considering both of them, no ridiculous two base theory. Some inconsistencies will be ...

Re: ssj x10 multiplier?
I thought we had power levels in Namek and the SSJ multiplier was extrapolated from there. The last power levels in the manga were, I guess Freeza saying his second form was above one million or something, not including Mirai Trunks reading. Everything else is made up, no matter if it was that's do...

Re: ssj x10 multiplier?
Whatever Gero's statement was supposed to mean, he was clearly wrong, otherwise he'd have no reason to be surprised like he is here: http://i.imgur.com/PUbf4uQ.png (This was right after Goku's initial blow that sent #19 flying.) After rereading the fight, I concede. Are we still discussing the 10x ...

Re: ssj x10 multiplier?
Like I said, even if the heart virus didn't kick in Goku would have lost. BTW Gero doesn't say that Goku is no match for #19. You even provided the quote for me. I have something like this: Real SSJ Goku: 130 or so SSJ Goku (initial sickness): 100 #19: 75 #19 after Kamehameha: 90 Hypothetical SSJ G...

Re: ssj x10 multiplier?
1. His only miscalculations were before he met their current selves. He believed #19 was still able to beat Goku because of #19's energy absorption. He was right even if Goku's sickness never detoriated Goku below his starting power level. Even after Goku had transformed, but before #19 had absorbe...

Re: Comparisons of the DB (Pre-Z) Releases and the Color Man
So you want comparisons between the various anime releases and FC manga? I can help out on the manga end, but I don't know what insight it will give you other than how things look in the manga. Since they're two different mediums decades apart, as you'd expect there are lots of differences in color...
