How many International Kai episodes are there between the events of Z 200 and halfway through 211 (more specifically, when the Trunks vs. Goten fight starts)?

the green tint is almost invisible: the white (like Gohan or Videl's T-shirts or everyone's teeth) is really pure white (I would have expected to be a bit greenish), the yellow is indeed yellow so far (when it should be THE color that easily turns green), etc... Was this Toei's doing? I know Kai 1....

I'm hoping against the odds Gotenks or at least Goten and Trunks appear on the battlefield. The passing the torch theme from the second third of the Boo arc seems to have been lost. The pair could stand to at least take more steps to work their way up the ladder.
