Re: "Dragon Ball Super" Official Announcement & Discussion Thread

How would Black be becoming more evil and power hungry as a result of Goku's personality? Goku is pure good. You don't see how Zamasu's dark personality combined with Goku's thirst for battle would result in a more "evil" fighter? And I never said that the core of Goku's personality playe...

Re: "Dragon Ball Super" Official Announcement & Discussion Thread

This. Black even directly insinuated that Goku's body has been influencing his personality to some degree, particularly when it comes to his thirst for battle and power. Zamasu seems to care solely about accomplishing the '0 mortals' plan, whereas Black at least has additional interests. How would ...

Re: "Dragon Ball Super" Official Announcement & Discussion Thread

While it is true that he isn't actually his own character, he still seems different compared to Zamasu. He seems more power hungry, he does not care for immortality, and just feels overall more evil. We might see some double crossing going on between the two Zamasus. This. Black even directly insin...

Re: Is Zamasu (and Black) the most depraved villain yet?

I took several philosophy courses in college and know several philosophy professors. None of them used Hitler as an example of evil. In fact, they discouraged it since it suggests that Hitler was some kind of special evil among humanity. Yes, tell that to the tenured professors who have peer-review...

Re: Dragon Ball Super: Power Level Discussion Thread

If Trunks was that much stronger than SS Kid Trunks, Kid Trunks would have been less than an insect to him, given that SS3 Gotenks was an insect to Base Copy Vegeta and SS Kid Trunks is thousands of times weaker than SS3 Gotenks.. a punch like that wouldn't have even been noticed by him.

Re: Dragon Ball Super: Power Level Discussion Thread

Future Trunks wasn't even remotely serious I don't even see the problem Meanwhile kid trunks is huffing and puffing What makes you say that? The fight was off panel, and Future Trunks was visibly hurt from the punch that he was well prepared to take. It was so obvious that Kid Trunks was going to a...

Re: Dragon Ball Super: Power Level Discussion Thread

How the fuck is this episode consistent if Base Trunks is god level and he took damage from a punch from SSJ Kid Trunks (he wasn't off guard since he turned SSJ and gave him plenty of time to be prepared) when Base Vegeta took no damage whatsoever from SSJ3 Gotenks who is thousands of times stronger...

Re: Dragon Ball Super: Power Level Discussion Thread

Ok let me go into a bit more detail now that the ep is over.

So Kid Trunks turns SSJ and gets a good punch on Base Trunks, visibly hurting him. Then they fight (off panel) and both look messed up, while SSJ Kid Trunks looks visibly more tired.

Re: Dragon Ball Super: Power Level Discussion Thread

You know how some people say Goku, when activating KK with Blue isn't enhancing his God ki but rather using his regular ki simultaneously with it? That's already been proven false. Hit says x3, x4.. x10. That's him still increasing his regular ki through KK, Hit's statement doesn't negate that. Gok...

Re: Dragon Ball Super: Power Level Discussion Thread

Yes. Trunks can sense Black's ki, but he can't sense the ki of gods like SSB Vegeta. Wow this is completely wrong. Like Base Goku and Vegeta, Black's ki can be sensed before they transform into SSB/SSR. There is also nothing saying that Trunks can sense SSR Black's ki. Nothing whatsoever. You know ...

Re: Dragon Ball Super: Power Level Discussion Thread

So, we got confirmation that Super Saiyan Rose is Goku Black's version of regular Super Saiyan No, it's his version of SSB, since Black is god level. SSB is SSG's version of SS. Base Black is SS3 level. SSR Black is SSB level, but he doesn't have god ki. Base Black is definitely well above SS3 leve...

Re: Is Zamasu (and Black) the most depraved villain yet?

They've already killed countless humans in countless planets, and clearly enjoy killing people and get a major kick out of it. They've probably killed far, far, far more people than all of the villains in DB combined have, including guys like Buu and Frieza, since they're on a human extermination s...

You guys are acting a little weird. We've known that Super Saiyan being introduced in the U6 ruined everything since it was introduced and you're just having a detailed discussion about it?

Re: "Dragon Ball Super (Manga)" Official Discussion Thread

Um.. what? That makes no sense. A plot hole is something that is an inconsistency which goes against logic in the plot. The plot hole: why didn't Zeno intervene? In the manga, this exists. In the anime, not yet, maybe never. It's that simple. It doesn't have to be a plothole, depends on how they ex...

Re: "Dragon Ball Super (Manga)" Official Discussion Thread

I really appreciate how much effort Toyotaro put into tying any loose ends while branching out the lore. It was good to seen an expansion on the training Future Trunks has with Kaioshin as well withe circumstances of how he took care of Babidi and Dabra in his timeline. The manga is really doing an...

Re: "Dragon Ball Super (Manga)" Official Discussion Thread

Zeno should care. He was going to scold Beerus and Champa for being negligent with their duties.

Major plothole here.
