The Kai performance in the aftermath of the Saiyan battle was phenominal, I'd always enjoyed hearing Krillin's and Roshi's frustration in the Z dub, but Mike Mcfarland really did a stellar job at being pained about not being there.

generic small ki blasts feel weird in this series, kind of like there isn't any driving force between them. The ones in the Goku vs Frieza fight were the worst offenders

The Champa stuff can fit perfectly into it, if after the end of BOG Champa shows up on Beerus' planet wakes him up wants to fight him etc... finds out he's tired from fighting Goku.... travels to earth... Beerus helps out hence Goku and Vegeta formally being allowed to train under Whis.
