I remembered the thread and I was almost certain it was made by kei, so it wasn't too hard to find.
Thank you so much!

Re: The Kai OST..where to find?

Also, it's just sort of the way Japanese businesses conduct themselves when a scandal occurs: Remove all traces of association with the scandal. The Pikachu short from Pokemon movie 3 didn't even show up on the Japanese Blu-Ray movie set because the woman who narrated it and sang the ED was arreste...

Different version of We Gotta Power opening?

I remember, years ago, seeing a different version of the We Gotta Power opening on YouTube. I only saw it one time on YouTube. From what I remember, it had a VERY different opening shot, very different from the familiar one which began with a shot with Gohan, Goten, and Trunks. It was only on the or...

Re: The Kai OST..where to find?

Toei did a terrible job handling the Yamamoto situation. If they were so desperate to get rid of Yamamoto, couldn't they have at least released the last three episodes (including the unaired 98), and the 4th Volume soundtrack, BEFORE they replaced the Yamamoto BGM? They even went so far out of thei...

Re: DVD movie boxes are also cropped?

Looking at the full screen credits for DBZ Movie 1, there is a lot of blank space in the opening. Especially when they show the music and song listings. Like as if it is wasted space.

Re: The History of Dragon Ball in Every Country

It is my understanding that either France or Hong Kong was the first to get Dragon Ball outside of its native Japan. And that it was in 1988.

Re: Kenisu down

Thanks again. Your guide has gotten me to know more about the Kikuchi score than ever before, and I appreciate that. Basically, he would compose a new set of music cues for a movie, and then incorporate them into the series later on. Very rarely did he add regular music to the show along the way (i....

Yeah, it'll be back up either tomorrow or Saturday. In the meantime, people have been using archive sites to access it, so try these links: DragonBall DBZ DBZ 2 DBZ Movie BGM Overview DB/Z BGM Breakdown DragonBall GT DragonBall Kai (nobody's saved a snapshot since last April, so this is all just th...

Re: Kenisu down

Double post:

I seem to recall someone uploading the song "Anticipation", which was first played in episode #059 of DBZ, but I can't find it. I checked TheZestanor and Mugiwalaarge, but no such luck. Where is it? Was it part of the M7, M8, M9, M10, M11, or M12 series of music cues?

Too bad. That site had become my go-to for everything Kikuchi, Tokunaga, and Yamamoto.

Re: Three questions

Thank you.

My Anime List says the 1993 year end special was 45 minutes long. Not sure about that.

Three questions

Hello guys, new user here. I have three questions: 1) Has the Summer Vacation Special from 1992 ever been posted in full on YouTube? 2) Unfortunately, this video has since been taken down, but was this REALLY the opening to the special? It says Special 3. I thought this was Special 2, and Special 3 ...
