Well UI is a skill. Like Whis said mind without mind fighting without thinking. It's not a visual effect. It's changing the WAY you fight not the way you look. Goku looks vastly different from any other transformation. So UI is definately NOT a transformation. It's a skll you attain in whatever form...

Goku as a kid in Dragonball could be downright TERRIFYING in a fight. He was a brutal child. In Super..Goku is a child. Nothing brutal about him or his fights. I miss that.
