I don't know how unpopular of an opinion this is, but... In terms of which vocal theme I would choose for Future Trunks, I think "The Lone Warrior" is better than "Hikari no Willpower". Now, I like both themes; they're pretty damn good. But, the lyrics to the latter are so vague ...

Incoming Rant Jiren is just Tien during his debut appearance way back in the original Dragonball.... with pretty much any semblance of character sucked out. Tien actually had some redeeming qualities to him, and an actual personality. Not to mention that he didn't need some tragic angsty backstory ...

This personally bugs me every time I sit through the later half of the Ocean dub, but... I just find that stock explosion sound effect when characters power up or transform to utterly annoying, due to it trying to be edgy. Not only is it seriously not needed, but it really does sound like a stock so...

I actually like Sean Schemmel's King Kai voice; actually preferring it over his Ocean dub actor, Don Brown (though I like him as King Kai as well, make no mistake), and it actually sounds like he actually gives a shit compared to his seiyuu.

Norio Sumitomo score may have sounded awful in DBZ Kai TFC and DB Super but i think it still sounds better than most of the Bruce Faulconer Music. This might be the most unpopular opinion on this site, from what I find, but I'm just gonna come right out and say it: In my honest opinion, the musical score for DBZKai 2014 (and by extension, DB Super) is utter shit. I couldn't watch Kai because they changed the score. To me is Kikuchi or nothing...
