The Bojack movie is pretty enjoyable, even if the villain is not really that interesting. If I remember, King Kai said how Bojack's evil surpassed King Piccolo's, but even if King Piccolo was also pure evil, at least I did find him to be an engaging and compelling villain.

The animation in Movie 12 is some of the best in the franchise, particularly the fight between Super Janemba and SSJ3 Goku. I can't imagine how long and how hard it must have been to animate Janemba teleporting and breaking up into little squares by doing so. Can't really complain here. There's like...

Frieza's way too arrogant for his own good. And as it was said before, Vegeta's power level was very insignificant compared to his.

Kelly, Hebert and Chandler all had this problem with their narration, they all sounded like they were trying too hard whereas with Armstrong and Morgan sounded natural.

His narration was good for the Funimation revision of the show, but it didn't fit for a more accurate version, much like Kyle Hebert's narration.

His Ginyu was fine, even though I preferred Armstrong and Elliot in that role. Now that I think of it, all three sounded rather similar as Ginyu.

I don't give a crap if the Ocean guys don't sound like the Funimation guys. I simply don't think Brown works as Mr. Satan. And seriously, Jamieson Price is not really Chris Rager 2.0. He and Rager are basically doing the same type of voice Mr. Satan has in the Japanese dub, a deep gruff voice.

Don Brown is a great talent, but that voice that he did for Mr. Satan doesn't scream Mr. Satan. Mr. Satan is like an anime Hulk Hogan, he should sound deep and gruff.

Honestly, all of the English Tenshinhans don't work for me. Smith is just unfitting and Burgmeier is just there. Nothing outstanding, just there. Besides, I just can't stand the sound of his voice. On the bright side, another positive of the DB dub is no Linda Young as Frieza. Instead she plays Baba...

The idea of GT's ending making Goku to be some of heroic figure was only in the dub. In the original, it's just saying that we, the audience, had fun along the course of all three shows because of Goku's fun-loving nature.

Regarding what becomes of Goku in GT, I'm assuming that the reason why the Dragon Balls were absorbed into his body was to cleanse the negative energy from them since he's pure-hearted, but I don't think it means he became one with Shenron. One thing I always enjoyed about Ayres as Frieza is how he delivers many of his lines in this regal and theatrical way. In a way, it makes the lines sound a lot better. And yeah, Newstone was miscast, but she did a good job IMO. Young was just miscast, much like her roles as young Genkai and Selypa....

When I first heard Nozawa as adult Goku, I just accepted it from the moment I heard her speak. And regarding a female voice actress voicing Goku in English, it wouldn't sound right where as in Japanese, it just works, probably because English and Japanese are very different languages.

Fun fact: Takeshi Watabe, who voiced Pambukin in this special, was the voice of Tom Robinson in a dub of To Kill a Mockingbird. Masako Nozawa and Chikao Otsuka (voice of Tao Pai Pai) voiced Jem and Bob Ewell in that dub too.

It's a rushed production much like the Westwood dub, but if there's one thing I love about the Big Green dub is how much fun some of the voice actors seem to be having, particularly Paul Bandey, who plays Paragus, and Doug Rand, who voiced Cooler, Broly, Garlic Jr. and Bojack.
