I think the biggest problem with the power scaling in Super is that there is no proper comparison to the Buu arc or even Z in general.

I have been thinking about Majin Duu and Majin Kuu, I think they should be able to gain more power by either getting older or training. Both Majin Duu and Majin Kuu are both less than 1 years old, while Majin Buu is in the millions.

GT SSJ4 is a SSJ Fusion level boost, although debatably it's unquantifiable on account of being the kind of form that maximizes a Saiyan's potential at their peak/prime state.
