It was definitely the best part of that clusterfuck of an episode. Had solid art and some nice effects.MaskedRider wrote:Off topic but related to Tate. Most video dedications to him remove his work on episode five and I find it a shame because I thought his portion with super saiyan 3 is cool.

Re: Super Animation Catalogue 2.0 - Episode 93
Now that we've had a SSJ2 fight In Super Is it okay to compare it to SSJ2 Goku and Majin Vegeta? I see people say "nothing was offensive", when Caulifla vs Goku was one of the poorest fight in all of Super minus the FNF and Botamo debacle (And I guess Copy Vegeta + that one Trunks vs Blac...

Re: Super Animation Catalogue 2.0 - Episode 93
Liked this one, animation was a little basic but mostly well done, art was average but nothing stood out as poor. I don't really understand why so many people dislike Yashima's style, I don't mind it. Some cool shots here and there as well as solid direction and that short but sweet Goku vs Kale fig...

Re: Super Animation Catalogue 2.0 - Episode 93
I don't get why they are rushing in such a tight schedule. Have the character's talk. Have Gods arguing. Have Goku ranting on Grand Priest about the destruction and how wrong it is. Let us absorb the first destruction by adding numerous reaction shots. Please no, this stuff already takes up more th...

Re: Super Animation Catalogue 2.0 - Episode 93
Good golly, when comparing Vegeta vs Botamo to Goku vs Botamo in the uni 6 arc you see just how much better this show look now. Other than that, it looked like a pretty good episode to me, it had consistent art and a few good cuts here and there. Also I really wanna know who did the Vegeta segment o...

Re: Super Animation Catalogue 2.0 - Episode 93
In episode 93, he did the vast majority of cuts in the first half, but primarily, he was responsible for U6 scenes, in particular Kale's transformation. He drew about 800 sheets, while the effects were another 200. Wait, so did Tate not do Kale's BANK transformation scene? No, he did that. All of t...

Re: Super Animation Catalogue 2.0 - Episode 93
I’m pretty sure they’re gonna use Yashima as a key animator for the entire Tournament of Power, like Higashide: Drawing cuts and get corrected. They did that during the Zen Exhibition Match, and I see them doing it again. Speaking of Higashide, what do you guys think he is working on, if anything a...

Re: Super Animation Catalogue 2.0 - Episode 90
It's a real shame the tournament will be animated horribly. With all the hype building up to this, if the tournament falls flat there goes the last bit of goodwill Super has left. The whole 80 characters fighting at the same time sounded like a disaster from the start, I don't know why they did it ...

Re: Super Animation Catalogue 2.0 - Episode 89
I know the animation was a little stiff in places, and there was even a bit of iffy art but the storyboard and choreography give the whole fight a scene of scale, it just felt so intense. The crazy effects might of played into that as well.

Re: Super Animation Catalogue 2.0 - Episode 89
Whoa. Holy shit, I totally skimmed over that in the midst of this Freeza bullshit. That's insane. H Y P E THRUSTERS AT MAX! Who is Yamazaki Hideki? He's an animator from Studio Bones. He played a huge role in Noragami Agoto, and supervised several episodes in My Hero Academia. He popped up in #80 o...

Re: Super Animation Catalogue 2.0 - Episode 75
The Japanese version looks so much better. I think that version is the more definitive one, and the actual episode will look somewhat like that. The Videl-Gohan, Buu-Satan, Vegeta shots in it looks way better than the Crunchy one. It will be great if Ajay or any one of you can do a side by side com...
