The reaction cycle for this game:

1) A new character is revealed
2) People complain about how worthless said character is
3) Gameplay footage comes out and shuts everybody up

I'm not surprised at all by this DLC news. It's well known that developing characters for this game is very time consuming, and time consuming = expensive. Ginyu and Nappa are both awesome picks. I'm glad to see the roster is going deeper into the earlier stories instead of just focusing on the biggest names. Gives me hope for Dabra (and by extension the Nappa/Ginyu/Dabra henchmen team).
