I'm enjoying the new super arc but honestly gt was better written Gt was better written? Gt executed every concept horribly, it's given as an example for poor execution.. I don't know what better writing means to you but if it's meant to cleverly execute concepts and helping connect with characters...

the damage is insane for no reason, and the inv frames makes back attacks even safer than before

Looks cool but it's weird too. Remember not only is the coloring different but the whole animation style is as well, so it does look more jarring than the original dbz

the "huhhhh" gasp/grunt in any instance that takes said character by surprise.

There were always power scaling issues but dbz made an effort to explain why x is suddenly stronger than x. Although the reasoning was unconvincing, Super's power scaling is completely arbitrary. It doesnt bother me that much, I'm all for making the other part of the cast relevant again by all means...

I actually like Db super goku more than the dbz goku tbh. He's so... wild and free it's interesting. He might be the main source of conflict in the future. He's already partially the reason the other universes are being destroyed... so nah i say he hasn't regressed at all.

Rose is pretty damn fun. He's definitely top tier. I didn't learn all his combos but he seems easy to pick up definitely.
