Re: Who do you think the villain is in the new up-coming DBS movie?

Maybe the 6 destroyed universes has come back - and we find out that, it was in fact not twin-universes, but triplet universes. So maybe there is one more planet of Saiyans - and the villain is from there

Zamasu and the Super Dragon Balls

Hello there! I was wondering, why didn't Zamasu just use the Super Dragon Balls to kill all mortals, and complete his zero-mortals plan? There supposedly is no limit to the wishes, and it could've saved him the hassle of killing everyone himself. Perhaps he wanted to do it himself, to make sure it w...

Re: Non-thread-worthy discussions

How many arcs do you think we are going to get from Super? I hope for a lot. I almost couldn't contain myself when they announced a new DB series, and I hope that it'll go on for a loong time, so long as they don't screw it up. I'm hoping for at least 3-4 arcs after the Universe Survival arc.

Re: Krillin the planet buster?

I'd say he turned into a planetbuster on Namek. We know Vegeta was capable of destroying Earth when he arrived. On Namek, Krillin came close to Earth-Vegeta, if not surpassing him. (I'm not sure about the power scalings here) We have no way of knowing if he actually has any techniques that could do ...

Re: I want YOUR opinion of the Two-Base Theory

Personally I don't believe that they have 2 base forms. When Goku was battling Beerus he absorbed the God-ki, and made it part of himself. I don't see any reasons for believing that he can turn it on and off. He most likely can control it with near perfection. But I don't know. We'll just have to se...

Re: Could Beerus kill someone immortal?

The latest manga chapter implied that Vegetto was perfectly capable of killing Merged Zamasu the same way that Majin Buu is capable of being killed. By overpowering him to the point that his regen can't keep up. And since they're both on the same tier of power, I'm 100% sure Beerus could do it as w...

Re: Unpopular DB opinions

In my country it used to Air 2 Episides daily so that's how I completed watching Boo Arc and if one watches it on TV it's not that unwatchable compared to binge watching it online Yeah if I'd had 2 episodes daily, I probably wouldn't have come to dislike DBZ as much. But 1 episode pr week, 20 minut...

Re: Unpopular DB opinions

Sure, and I get that many people don't care what the behind the scenes reasons are. They just care about the end product. Yeah I see your point, and I might have stretched it by calling it unwatchable. I suppose they did what they could given the circumstances, and I think I probably should give it...

Re: Unpopular DB opinions

Well, here's my (probably) most unpopular opinion: I really, really can't stand DBZ. I've tried watching it, I really have, but it is just so.. I don't know, bad. The pacing, the fillers. I stuck to the manga when I was kid, and still do. Kai is in my opinion by far the better choice (I should note ...

Re: Could Beerus kill someone immortal?

I think you're right about the Super Dragon Balls. Their wishes are ultimate, and therefore Zamasu got actual immortality. I personally believe that the immortality granted from Earths/Namek's dragon balls, wouldn't be as strong. And since Beerus is the God of Destruction, I think he would be able t...

Re: SSRage is still unknown; what's your headcanon?

My headcanon is that it's not really a new form per se, but more of a powerup because of Trunks rage. Similarly to Gohan in the original DB, he could increase his power by a large margin because of his rage. Trunks could, because of his age/experience with SSJ, harness that rage-induced power boost ...

Re: Was the hate for Kai largely unjustified?

I've personally always loved Dragon Ball, and when DBZ aired in my country many years ago, I was hooked. I started reading the manga, but after that, I just couldn't force myself to watch DBZ. The endless filler, the crazy slow pacing, the really bad voices (at least here, the danish dub was the wor...

Re: Do you think Beerus has been made too strong?

I think he is exactly as strong as they need him to be. As Toriyama has stated; he don't have any plans of Goku and Vegeta surpassing Beerus right now. He is a character who's there for Vegeta, and Goku especially, to have something to strive for. Personally, I think they will surpass him eventually...

Re: Goku's age upon meeting Bulma

In the original Dragon Ball manga, he is first stated to be 14 - but later at the tournament, it is revealed that he is indeed only 12; he just couldn't count. Now, in the original manga, Goku is sent to earth as an infant. I haven't read Minus, but it's stated that he's ~3 y/o when he is sent to ea...
