I always liked the explaination that SSj4 utilizes a bit of magic to pull off, and therefore has some magical abilities, such as magically creating pants in the style of the wearer's choice. Remember, Vegita had leather pants, while Goku had pints like from his gis.

I've always had the Humans at a significant fraction of the Saiya-jins base power at about the same time. So, Ten and Kurillin in the Androids Saga would be somewhere between 1/2 and 3/4 of Goku's or Vegita's base. Just my personal opinion, nothing really to back it up.

I wish Funi would liscense some of the anime that I AM interested in. Stuff like Moe-tan, Mononoke, Kodomo No Jikan, Demonbane, Powerpuff Girls Z, Ichigo Mashimaro, etc. I'd also like to see them get some liscenses that have had sub-par dubs in the past, like Cardcaptor Sakura, Sailor Moon, Macross...
