The new season sets are a pathetic excuse for dragon ball z. Reasons: * The brightness of the film is ridiculous, the characters are way too white and pale. (Not being racist) *Whenever there is a scene that involves shaking the image of characters are blurred and lose parts of the original film. *...

Yeah, for me personally that "DBZ feel" comes during the 23rd Budokai. The battles start to incorporate flying and ki blast on a regular basis.

I recently completed watching the whole set, and I'll have to say I extremely pleased just like with season 1. The dialog is noticeably re-worked for the better. I honestly don't know what the pure Japanese dialog is, like some of you know (having a life, for one thing), but everything seemed right....

I just wrote an email to funimation telling them how great the season 1 package was, and I want the same quality for the rest of the seasons.

Coming from your point of view Mike I can tell why your pissed off by the cropping, with you seeing all japanese episodes. But for most people its hardly a big deal, or makes the experience worse because I couldn't see a spike a Goku's hair. Though your right about them being asshole's for hyping th...

I haven't played Budokai 3, but I have bought Budokai Tenkaichi 2 a week ago. BT2 is an awesome game that really captivates the whole feel of the dragonball series. The fighting is definitely dead on with the show. I've heard the complaints about this game about how it can be repetitive in the fight...

I'll be perfectly honest, I hope they don't make anymore enhancements after the so called re-masters of the 291 eps. I have Season 1 on DVD and thats just about as enhanced I want dragonballz to be. If you ask me, sometimes theres there too much of a good thing. Some of you might want it to be enhan...

How long have you been involved with this series? Since 1996, when I was in 5th grade. How did it begin? Seeing the power-ups for the first time absolutely sent goosebumps down my back. How did it affect your lifestyle? Not much, it was and still is a big interest of mine. I never let it interfere ...

I'm not saying the complete opposite just to be different. I'm honestly pleased with the job they did. I'm just saying the complaints people are making seem to be overly dramatized about the most minuscule things. This package is too good to pass up on such little complaints. We are allowed to share...

I been a dragonball/z/gt fan for about 11 years now, and I have to say this is one of the best packages out there in terms quality and best bang for your buck. The only "Anal" complaints I have is - The original "Cha La Head Cha La" doesn't play for the japanese music/american vo...

For me personally, I love dragonball to death. The start of the 22nd Budokai, Daimao saga, and 23nd Budokai are some of my favorites out of the whole db/z/gt series. Though overall to me the saiyan saga up to the freeza saga was the absolute pinnacle for me.

To be honest I don't think it really looks that bad at all. For $30.00 it looks like a pretty sweet package.

No it won't. Dragonballz had an appeal that spanned to many people. It was appealing to almost every "clique" in the K-12 demographic. Plus America at that time had never seen an animated show that was based around fighting in that way (ie: the powerlevels and ki blasts). Not to mention so...

True opinions about BT-2

I haven't followed the "Dragonball Scene" for about 3 years or so, so I don't know what games are good for the PS2. I just want to know what your honest opinions about Budokai Tenkaichi 2 are.

Is it a game that gets old fast? Are the controls crap?

I think back in 99' or so is when I first visited Daizenshuu EX, or I think it was called Vegetto EX homepage. I thank Mike for the bandwidth I drained from him downloading tracks, when you used to have it.
