Well Janemba had his own version of I'm and i think anyone can use any attack in the series by doing the movements and stuff.
Kid Buu was more childish and was goofing around with wierd attaks and Janemba sliced and diced everything until Vegeta came around.

Well i think that the guy that screamed and runned away in one little frame in a random volume, random chapter and random destruction scene is a little les usefull, but the creepy little bastard doesn't do much shit really.
