You can't give these characters screentime expecting it to please fans if it won't respect those same characters. King Piccolo Saga
Piccolo Jr. Saga
Saiyan Saga
Namek Saga (everything from before Goku arrives)
Android Saga (everything from before the Cell Games)
Great Saiyaman and World Tournament Saga

The Cell Games and the Buu arc (not counting the High School/25th Tenkaichi parts)

While the High School and 25th Tenkaichi Tournament arcs were great, everything after Vegeta's detonation wasn't very good IMO
